Qualifications

  • Completed technical studies
  • Proven experience in sales or a comparable customer-focused role within the surfactants industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, accompanied by a confident demeanor
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills to efficiently collaborate with internal departments for optimal customer results
  • Proficient in English; additional fluency in either French or German
  • Willingness to travel, with an expected commitment of 30% to 40%, primarily within Europe
