• Serve as a first point of contact for employees, managers and HR Business Partners in Switzerland, other countries in Europe and new markets
  • Provide high quality HR advise and guidance with a focus on customer service
  • Manage core HR processes including on-boarding, off-boarding, absence management and benefit administration
  • Provide subject matter expertise in HR processes, policies and systems
  • Create and maintain high quality SOPs


  • Significant and relevant experience working in HR operations in EMEA
  • Deep expertise of Swiss labour law
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday HR modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding
  • Interest and understanding of general HR policies and procedures
  • Perform work under minimal supervision
