• Enter payroll data in a timely manner to ensure complete payroll processing
  • Update as well as organize systems to manage payroll data
  • Maintain payroll records and files
  • Prepare and organize financial statements for filing and audit in a supportive manner
  • Assist in training new employees on payroll and set up information and accounts for new employees
  • Contact person for all payroll related questions
  • Proper account management for employee changes and conversions
  • Maintain detailed records for taxes and audits and assist in the preparation of monthly reports
  • Comply with internal company policies


  • Degree in accounting, business, finance or similar and at least 5 years of work experience in relevant field
  • Knowledge of Workday and Excel - TMF Horizon, Abacus, Power BI, Concur are advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English and any other language an advantage
