Tasks
- Driving and maintaining the Global Job Architecture Process- Acting as an advisor to HR Business Partners and line managers across all affiliates and leading the review of Global Job Architecture in parallel to company growth
- Maintain Job Architecture Information in HR System
- Driving rewards activities for Europe and Canada and new affiliates worldwide
- In close collaboration with the Senior Director, Global Rewards driving the global annual remuneration review process
- Directly contributing to the annual workforce planning process (headcount budgeting and reporting)
- Support relocation process and benefits for Switzerland
- Proactively contributing to the improvement of HR policies and Guidelines
- Leading and participating in Global Rewards
Qualifications
- Advanced university degree or equivalent in relevant field- 8 years of experience in international Rewards, preferably in life sciences or a consulting company
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization including senior management
- Ability to network with internal and external partners
- Ability to synthesize and simplify complex matters
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration and customer-focus skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Advanced in relevant computer applications, advanced MS Excel skills
