Aufgaben

  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management (40%): Partner closely with Market Access (primary stakeholder), Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Safety, and Biostatistics to define and align evidence requirements across matrix teams
  • Vendor Management & Methodological Supervision (40%): Brief and steer external consulting agencies. Review Statistical Analysis Plans, health economic models (Excel), and Indirect Treatment Comparison methodologies
  • JCA & PICO Strategy (20%): Lead the evaluation and feasibility of PICO requirements and support the preparation of JCA dossiers for European hematology assets

Qualifikationen

  • Education: Master's degree or PhD in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Epidemiology, Public Health, Statistics, or a Life Sciences degree with relevant HEOR experience
  • Industry & Matrix Experience: Proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry with a deep understanding of complex matrix organizations and cross-functional alignment
  • Methodological Expertise: Strong foundation in HEOR methodologies with hands-on experience in Indirect Treatment Comparisons
  • Communication & Character Fit: Pragmatic, communicative, extroverted, and politically savvy team player who can bridge scientific methodology with commercial and market access needs
Location Constraint: Must be officially residing in Switzerland to fulfill contractor setup requirements
