Kevin initially started to study psychology, then decided to obtain a commercial pilot licence. His extensive recruitment experience and his in-depth industry know-how add significant value to the operations of Skilled – Recruitment Solutions.
Tristan Mathys is Managing Partner of Skilled – Recruitment Solutions. After completing his BSc in International Business Management he entered the recruitment sector where he gained valuable in-depth experience. His profound expertise in recruitment services and his passion for building strong partnerships led him to found Skilled – Recruitment Solutions.
After obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Global Financial Management and his Master degree in International Business Jan Rauch first entered the recruitment industry in a sales driven position. Within the framework of his role as the manager of a team, specializing and focusing on the recruitment for Life Sciences companies he was able to achieve superior results within a short period of time, managing a multimillion Budget. Jan has joined Skilled – Recruitment Solutions with the aim of creating a sustainable working environment in combination with a client – focused, wholesome consultancy approach.

Maddalena Sarti is the creative force behind the FIT (Flexible & Inclusive Clinical Trial Team) model. As a Clinical Study Management expert and leader with 25 years’ experience in the (Bio)Pharma industry, she is familiar with the challenges of effectively running and resourcing Clinical Trials. Those insights made her engaged in developing a model partnering and supporting (Bio)Pharma to enhance clinical trial management and, therefore, minimizing the risks on study deliverables.
