Specialist HR - Systems

Aufgaben / Tasks

• Act as a global interface between various local HR – organisations and IT regarding the optimization, application and introduction of Systems relevant to Human Resources

• Facilitate quick and sustainable solutions for HR – System related issues and support / consult different stakeholders in respective projects

• Support with analysing, interpreting and preparing employee data for management

• Act as an SME for the assigned systems including training, troubleshooting and continuous improvement

Qualifikationen / Qualifications

• Business and/or Human Capital related studies in combination with further training in HR

• Solid user skills and understanding of processes within either SAP HR /HCM , Interflex or other, similar HR – Suites and time management systems

• Self-driven and motivated personality with above average, interpersonal skills being able to navigate successfully in a multicultural environment

• Fluency in both German and English in verbal and written form
