Business Developer DACH

Aufgaben / Tasks

- Responsible for driving the DACH business (sales) development of a Scientific Divsion (proposal management, clients meeting, etc.)
- Ensure consistent, rapid and sustainable growth in sales across Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- Drive the business development strategy, setting challenging but achievable annual targets
- Identify business opportunities, account development planning and meet potential stakeholders, especially in the field of laboratory QC services
- Assess client requirements to help design service solutions
- Preparation of Sales Reports and Forecasts
- Monitoring of customer satisfaction and ensure service delivery

Qualifikationen / Qualifications

- Experienced professional, Bachelor, Master or PhD in Life Sciences, Chemistry or similar, but also business adminstration of advantage
- Strong sales attitude
- Experience and demonstrated success in BD roles towards senior levels in target industry, ideally for insourcing within the Pharma industry (alternatively personal leasing and/or SOW)
- Good understanding of the GxP environment as a benefit
- Good knowledge of the product commercialization and manufacturing / supply chain process, ideally for pharmaceutical clients, in particular QC laboratory, testing and service requirements
- Excellent proficiency in German and English – spoken and written.
- Strong team player, networker, communicator and service oriented mindset (clients´ needs as a priority)
