Tasks

- Provide support to the project management regarding the project-specific EHS Program and the coordination of different contractors and EHS supervisors
- Take part in the implementation of the permit to work system, as well as the review and (when necessary) modification of the EHS documentation
- Do safety walk-downs and participate in the further walk downs
- Evaluate HSE statistics and give recommendations for taking preventative actions
- Assist the project management in the preparation of the EHS reporting and internal / external audits

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering/Science (e.g. Mechanical, Industrial, Safety & Health Sciences, Environmental Science) is highly favoured
- At least a few years of EHS program background in Chemical / Pharmaceutical / Industrial Engineering projects
- Professional EHS accreditation by an internationally recognised organisation
- Excellent computer facilities - including experience in using MS Office Suite
- Fluent in German, good understanding of English - any other language is an asset
