- Support HR Business Partners in their daily doing
- Communication and coordination with candidates
- Organization of interviews between line managers and candidates
- Obtain timely feedbacks in order to assure proper recruitment processes
- Administrative work

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters Degree with specialisation in human resources or similar qualification
- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting at a company in the pharmaceutical industry
- Very good English and German knowledge in spoken and written language
