✔️ Serve as a first point of contact for employees, managers and HR Business Partners in Switzerland and other countries in Europe and New Markets, providing high quality HR advice and guidance with a focus on excellent customer service on a wide range of HR activities and processes
✔️ Manage core HR processes including on-boarding, off-boarding, absence management and benefit administration
✔️ Responsible for creating new starter offer documentation and for processing all HR associated onboarding activities
✔️ Provide subject matter expertise in HR processes, policies and systems
✔️ Support annual HR processes including compensation planning and talent management
✔️ Participate in the design and testing when implementing new Workday modules and enhancements
✔️ Create and maintain high quality SOPs
✔️Troubleshoot system issues to ensure smooth processes
✔️ Perform data entry across a range of HR systems
✔️ Manage employee files and related documentation in HR systems
✔️ Ensure compliance with appropriate data protection legislation at all times
✔️ Liaise with internal departments and third-party service providers as necessary
✔️ Contribute to wider projects and initiatives within the HR Operations team
✔️ Identify process improvements by identifying issues, process delays and quality problems and recommending solutions


✔️ Must have significant, relevant experience working in HR Operations in EMEA and a deep expertise of Swiss labour law.
✔️ Business fluency in English and German is required.
✔️ Must have strong working knowledge of Workday HR modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding
✔️ Must have an interest and understanding of general HR policies and procedures
✔️ Will have a strong customer service orientation while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality
✔️ Must have a growth mindset and be able to re-think our approach to the way we work and want to create better experiences for our customers
✔️Must possess solid verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills
✔️ Must be able to identify critical situations and take action to escalate where necessary
✔️ Must demonstrate the ability to work in a team
✔️ Must be able to multitask yet remain detailed-oriented with sound time management skills
✔️ Must possess strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
