Tasks

- ​Manage and execute all Marketing Communication activities for our Construction Business Unit – comprising the areas of Paints & Coatings, Adhesives & Sealants, Dry Mortars & Concretes, among others, on global and regional level, for online and offline channels
- Provide concepts and execute effective product launch campaigns, developing marketing / media / content plans for all channels
- Identify suitable online and offline channels per target market globally to speed up market rollouts
- Convert technical information into effective marketing messages in English for international target groups
- Create content and translate into print and online assets
- Maintain and develop the BU's website/ microsites
- Manage/ organize global exhibitions & events
- Responsible for marketing controlling/ analysis
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners
- Create brand awareness and ensure consistency of the Corporate Design

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing & Communication (eidg. dipl. Marketingfachmann/ frau or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience in marketing communications for B2B markets
- Expertise in the Paints and Coatings sector, additional expertise in other Construction related sectors is a bonus
- Experience with Social Media/ digital and online marketing
- Experience in organizing exhibitions and events
- Experience with CMS, microsite, newsletter tools, Adobe Suite programs (InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus
- A flair for visual design and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2) and German
- Teamplayer
