Tasks

- Manage and execute all Marketing Communication activities for our Polymers Business Unit on global and regional level, for online and offline channels
- Provide concepts and execute effective product launch campaigns, developing marketing / media / content plans for all channels
- Identify suitable online and offline channels per target market globally to speed up market rollouts
- Liaise with Business Development and Technical Service for content collection and convert technical information into effective marketing messages in English for international target audiences
- Validate messaging with local Sales and Industry Peers
- Create content and translate into print and online assets
- Maintain and develop the BU's website/ microsites
- Manage/ organize global exhibitions & events
- Responsible for marketing controlling/ analysis
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners
- Create brand awareness and ensure consistency of the Corporate Design

Qualifications

- ​Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing & Communication (eidg. dipl. Marketingfachmann/ frau or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience in marketing communications for B2B markets
- Solid expertise in the Polymers industry, preferably in the field of Polyolefin or PVC processed goods.
- Experience with Social Media/ digital and online marketing
- Experience in organizing exhibitions and events
- Experience with CMS, microsite, newsletter tools, Adobe Suite programs (InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus
- A flair for visual design and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (min. B2) and German; English native speaker preferred
