• Responsibility to plan and coordinate successful product launches worldwide
• You create, plan, manage and implement integrated cross-media marketing campaigns that drive demand and/or strengthen the brand
• Develop cutting-edge tools to attract new customers and retain existing customers
• Use market research and competitive analysis to develop market strategies
• Create compelling sales arguments and strategies for the sales force in cooperation with other teams


• Master’s degree in Marketing / Marketing Communications or equivalent qualification
• Strong interest in medical technology and products; experience in mechanical ventilation and/or the critical care environment is a plus
• Sound experience in digital marketing, marketing automation and content marketing as well as in B2B marketing
• Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• High ability to structure own and others work; very good prioritization skills
• Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Willingness and ability to travel for multiple days at a time
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Level C2) is a must; good knowledge of German is preferred; any additional language is a plus
